7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

  • Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made
  • SMS/Email notifications before each attempt
  • 24-hour notice for delivery attempts
  • Flexible delivery timing (9 AM - 7 PM)

Failed Delivery

  • Package held at local facility for 7 days
  • Customer notification with pickup details
  • Return to sender after 7 days
  • Re-shipping charges apply for redelivery

  • Tracking Number: Provided within 24 hours of dispatch
  • SMS Updates: Real-time delivery status

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Free replacement for damaged items
  • No additional shipping charges for replacements

Lost Shipments

  • Investigation initiated after 15 days (domestic) / 30 days (international)
  • Free replacement once loss is confirmed
  • Insurance coverage for high-value items
  • Compensation as per courier partner policy

10. International Shipping

  • Compliance with destination country regulations
