1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your course purchase
  • You have completed less than 30% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded the course certificate
  • The course has technical issues that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
  • You accidentally purchased the same course multiple times

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
  • Courses where you have already downloaded the certificate
  • Gift purchases (refunds must be requested by the original purchaser)
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless specified otherwise)
  • Subscription services after the first billing cycle

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a refund via bank transfer or other mutually agreed method.

  • For technical issues that affected your learning experience

  • Course content significantly different from description
  • Instructor unavailability for live sessions
